My business clients include restaurateurs, real estate investor/developers, landlords, tenants, real estate brokers, property managers, and convenience store owners. I has helped organize and form dozens of business startups, including LLC's, corporations and limited partnerships. Prior to entering private practice, I was part owner and CEO of an established family-run construction-related business with over 100 employees.
