About Nancy Giles
Nancy Giles has been practicing since 2000 in commercial litigation, with areas of practice including contract law, construction defects, intellectual property, securities fraud, and insurance. She handles all aspects of litigation from initiation through resolution, including advising clients, reviewing and managing documents and tight deadlines, conducting extensive and complex legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and research memoranda, conducting extensive document revisions and editing, conducting discovery and depositions, appearing and litigating in court, conducting administrative hearings, executing and collecting on judgments, negotiating and drafting complex settlements, and conducting trial.
Nancy is a 1999 graduate of the James E. Rogers University of Arizona College of Law, where she graduated in the top 20% of her class was was a member of the Arizona Law Review. She has a Master?s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Arizona, and a bachelor of arts from Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas.
