Attorney W. Bailey Smith is "Of Counsel" to TLD Law, which has offices in Irvine, Long Beach, Downey, and Beverly Hills, California. Throughout the course of his more than 50 years of practicing law, Mr. Smith has successfully handled over 7,000 estate plans, and he has earned a reputation as one of the leading estate planning attorneys in his region.

A 1965 graduate of Stanford University, Mr. Smith attended the University of California, Hastings College of Law, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1969. The State Bar of California admitted him to practice the following year, and he also practices before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California as well as the U.S. Supreme Court.
Along with maintaining a successful legal practice, Mr. Smith also gives back to his local community through his involvement with The Rotary Club, the American Cancer Society and the Laguna Beach Art Museum, among many others.
