Cynthia S. Cho, principal attorney and founder of the CC Law Group, APC, serves clients in the Bay area, covering Alameda County, Santa Clara County, Contra Costa County, San Mateo County and San Francisco County including the Oakland and Fremont metropolitan area from her office in Newark, California. She devotes most of her practice to family law issues, such as divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, debt division. ÿShe also practices in probate and trust administration including drafting of estate documents from wills, trusts, powers of attorneys, and health care directives.ÿ

Clients seek Ms. Cho's assistance for a variety of issues, such as post-decree modifications, paternity suits, restraining orders, prenuptial agreements, postnuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements. She also handles estate litigation, probate administration, divorce mediation, name changes, real estate matters and living trusts.

Ms. Cho received her Juris Doctor in 1993 from the University of San Francisco School of Law after earning a Bachelor of Arts in legal studies in 1989 from the University of California, Berkeley. She was admitted to practice in California in 1994. Since 2000, Ms. Cho has provided numerous speaking engagements to the community including public services for community organizations and individuals unable to afford an attorney including various volunteer and pro bono services. ÿMs. Cho has lectured on estate planning at financial planning seminars, as well as providing family planning and counseling and volunteer career-counseling lecturer.

An active participant in several professional organizations, Ms. Cho is a member of the Family Law and Trusts and Estates sections of the California State Bar Association, among other organizations.
