My goal is to help people solve their legal problems as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Even though I am experienced in all phases of civil litigation, up to and including preparation for trial, I have also participated in numerous successful negotiations and mediations which eliminated the necessity of lengthy and costly litigation. It is always preferable to try to reach a resolution to any dispute sooner rather than later.
