Cynthia R. Cox graduated from Loyola Law School and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991. Since that time, more than half of her practice has been devoted to special needs trusts and public benefits issues. She has a passion for the elderly, disabled and disenfranchised, and is dedicated to the caring and professional practice of law.
Mrs. Cox is certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation and is the founding member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Council of Advanced Practitioners. She is a member of the Academy of Special Needs Planners and the California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform. Ms. Pollock has been a guest speaker on public radio as well as presenter and co-presenter speaking on issues such as special needs trusts, and estate, financial and health care planning for elder clients.ÿ She is one of the top 50 women attorneys in Southern California, named in LA Magazine (2015).ÿ She is on the adjunct faculty for Elder Law at Loyola Law School, and acts as an expert witness on issues related to elder law and public benefits.ÿ
Mrs. Cox can assist with estate planning, special needs,ÿand Medi-Cal needs.ÿ She has an extremely active conservatorship practice related to elder law and special needs.ÿ
