John serving the Jacksonville community: John is a member of the Deerwood Rotary Club. His volunteer work since attendance at a 1989 Duval County School Board Meeting has led the Deerwood Rotary and other Duval County Rotary Clubs, in partnership with the Jacksonville Public Education Fund, to properly recognize and financially reward the Duval County Teacher of the Year for more than 29 years.
