John T. Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton started his studies at the University of Kentucky, where he earned a Bachelor of General Studies in 1975, before moving on to study law at the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and graduating with his Juris Doctor in 1978.

An active member of the legal community, Mr. Hamilton stays current on the latest legal trends and knowledge with his membership in a long list of organizations. These include the following: the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Justice Association, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association and the Fayette County Bar Association. He is also a former trustee of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky.
