About Susan Rossi Cook

Prior to entering the private practice of law, Ms. Cook served a clerkship for a judge on the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, and she spent several years teaching pharmacy law and ethics at her college alma mater.

Ms. Cook?s primary focus is on family law along with estate planning and administration, although she continues to handle pharmacy law-related matters. Her family law practice largely involves divorce and its related legal issues of parenting time, property division, alimony and child support. In addition to her mediation and litigation experience, Ms. Cook is also trained in collaborative law, which is another method of resolving these issues outside of the courtroom. In her estate planning and administration practice, she prepares and reviews wills, trusts and other related documents and guides clients through the probate process. She also handles guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
