A graduate of the Missouri Bar Leadership Academy, Mr. Starke also served as a board member, treasurer and representative of the Young Lawyers Section of the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. She graduated from the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association?s Bar Leadership Academy as well.
For the western district of Missouri, she is a member of the Young Professional Board of Legal Aid.
