Glenn Lau-Kee has been in practice for over 45 years, and began his career with an international law firm in Asia and New York, where he gained experience in project financing and banking transactions. As a partner at the Lau-Kee Law Group PLLC, he represents clients in real estate transactions, business and commercial matters, as well as trust and estate matters. His clients include banks, manufacturers, real estate developers, retail business owners and individuals.
Mr. Lau-Kee graduated from Yale University in 1971 and obtained his law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 1974. He has been involved in numerous professional organizations throughout his career.
He served as the 117th President of the New York State Bar Association from 2014-2015. He was the President of the Asian American Bar Association of New York, and served on the Boards of the New York County Lawyers Association, the Fund for Modern Courts and Legal Services of New York City. He also served as a commissioner on the Commission on Human Rights of the City of New York.
Mr. Lau-Kee currently serves on the New York City Mayor?s Advisory Committee on the Judiciary. He is also Chair of the Board of Trustees of the US-Asia Institute in Washington, DC, and is on the Board Emeritus of the YMCA of Greater New York.
