Attorney Shay is a magna cum laude graduate of the Cardozo School of Law where she was a member of Law Review. She is an adjunct professor teaching undergraduate and graduate classes in law, a certified FINRA arbitrator, has served as a volunteer arbitrator in the Small Claims Part of the New York City Civil Court and is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
