In addition, I represent individual and corporate fiduciaries in all aspects of post-death administration, including contested and uncontested proceedings before the Surrogate?s Court. My expertise includes advising clients on cutting-edge estate planning and estate administration issues involving the use of assisted reproductive technology (ART).
