William D. Sherman is a partner at Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker, located in Cincinnati, Ohio. He focuses his practice on estate planning, business planning, succession planning, probate and estate administration, trusts, wills and elder law matters.

Mr. Sherman has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in government from the University of Notre Dame with dean?s list honors. He has a Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, graduating with dean?s list honors and as a Timothy J. Walker Founder scholar. He also served on the Moot Court.
Mr. Sherman has been with the firm Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker his entire legal career. He started out as a clerk in the firm and is currently the president of the firm. Mr. Sherman is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Actively affiliated with legal associations, Mr. Sherman has memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association, the Cincinnati Estate Planning Council and the Cincinnati Bar Association?s Estate Planning and Probate Committee.
Mr. Sherman is also an active contributor to the community and is on the board of trustees for the Cincinnati Children's Hospital Foundation. He has been selected for inclusion in the Top Estate Planning Attorneys Under the Age of 40 list.
