Fletcher Dal Handley, Jr., is a personal injury attorney with offices in El Reno, Oklahoma and Oklahoma City.ÿ Mr. Handley practices at The Handley Law Center, representing plaintiffs who have been severely injured due to automobile accidents, trucking accidents and other issues.
With over 40 years of legal experience, Mr. Handley has secured numerous successful verdicts and settlements for injury victims. He puts his accumulated legal experience to use by speaking on trial and litigation topics throughout the nation. He is also a former member of the U.S. military, retiring in 2008 as a military judge and Assistant State Judge Advocate for Oklahoma.
Mr. Handley has served in several leadership roles for the American Bar Association and belongs to the Oklahoma Association for Justice and the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been involved with numerous community organizations including the El Reno Chamber of Commerce, the El Reno Community Theatre and the El Reno Community Chorus.ÿ

He is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the Litigation Counsel of America, belongs to the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is the recipient of Lifetime Achievement awards from the International Society of Primerus Lawfirms and The Oklahoma Association for Justice (Tomy D. Frasier Award).
In 1975, Mr. Handley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a bachelor?s degree in Professional Writing.ÿ He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1979. He holds licenses to practice law before all Oklahoma state and federal courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
