Clair M. Stewart, Esquire is an experienced bankruptcy attorney representing consumers in debt management. She specializes in consumer law and most notably, she was successful in obtaining the rescision of a homeowner's mortgage by a major mortgage company due to violations of federal and state real estate laws. Clair is also an adjunct law professor at Peirce College in Philadelphia teaching Bankruptcy and Legal Research.
