Advising clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, business succession, gift planning and charitable planning. Counseling clients on estate plan design and implementation. Volunteering with Tennessee Access to Justice providing pro bono estate planning to indigent clients and with the Tennessee Wills For Heroes Program providing pro bono estate planning to emergency and first responders.
