Justin began his practice primarily focusing on estate planning, real estate, and business formations and transactions. In April 2005, he began representing developers and investors in structuring commercial real estate transactions. These transactions included all aspects of commercial real property negotiations, transactions, leasing, and representing borrowers and developers in commercial financing and refinancing. To date, Justin has represented clients in real estate transactions totaling approximately $1 billion.
In April 2009, Justin joined the law firm of Morton & Germany, PLLC and began representing banking clients in creditors' rights actions in state and federal court.
Justin is presently employed as Southern Region Underwriting Counsel and Relationship Manager for Agents National Title Insurance Company serving agents Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama and Missouri. He recently held the underwriter position on the board of directors for the Arkansas Land Title Association, and currently serves as the chair of the Membership Committee for the Tennessee Land Title Association.
Justin also maintains a private practice continuing his focus on business, banking, real estate, and estate planning. His on-going pro bono work includes representing churches and other non-profit organizations in real estate and other business related transactions.
