Business and corporate matters include a broad spectrum of services such as entity formation of limited liability companies and corporations, drafting and negotiating contracts and agreements, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, acquisitions and sales, and execution of other exit strategies. His clients include individuals and businesses in many different industries including entertainment, sports, technology, software, retail, e-commerce, manufacturing, biotech, publishing, and finance. He has represented and provided counsel to start-ups, universities, small and large privately-held entities, public companies, trusts, and non-profit organizations.
