I was born and raised right here in El Paso, Texas and attended J.M. Hanks High School. Following high school I attended El Paso Community college where I earned my associate?s degree as a paralegal. I was also a member Phi Theta Kappa (National Honor Society) at EPCC. I went on to graduate with honors from New Mexico State University where I earned my bachelor?s degree in Criminal Justice. After earning my bachelor?s degree I received my law degree from Arizona Summit Law School located in Phoenix, Arizona. I became involved in several organizations during my time in Phoenix. I especially enjoyed the work that I did as a member of Law Paws, a legal organization that protects the rights of abused animals. Additionally, I won two awards for contract law negotiations, The Transactional Hero Award and The Over and Beyond Award. I believe in empowering women in all that they do and I am currently an active member of the Texas Bar Woman in Law chapter.
As an El Paso native I am looking forward to serving the community here. I love the culture, the food, and our great city. I can?t wait to start getting to know more of the people who make up our great city and helping you the best way I can. I am a mother, and a grandmother and have raised my own family right here in El Paso.
Your case with be handled with the care, dedication, and respect you deserve! I look forward to working with you.
