In addition, she has served as president, treasurer and board member of the Tarrant County Probate Bar Association, and she is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
Moreover, Ms. Benson has written extensively and conducted lectures and seminars across her region on a variety of legal topics related to elder law, Medicaid, guardianships and more. Honored for her outstanding professionalism and service, Ms. Benson has earned consistent top rankings and endorsements from her peers, including perennial designation as a Top Attorney in the field of Elder Law from Fort Worth, Texas Magazine since 2010. A 2002 graduate of Texas A&M University, Ms. Benson obtained her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2005 (now Texas A&M University School of Law.) She is licensed to practice before all Texas state courts.
