About Hanszen Laporte, LLP
Prior to joining Hanszen Laporte, I attended South Texas College of Law. While at South Texas, I served as the Managing Editor of the Corporate Counsel Review and authored two student notes that were published by the Corporate Counsel Section of the State Bar of Texas. I was also selected as the Senior Scholar of the Langdell Scholar program while serving as a Langdell Scholar of Constitutional Law. My coauthored brief on a constitutional law topic won a brief award at the Fall 2004 Leroy Jeffers Memorial Moot Court Competition. The faculty of South Texas honored me with the Lindsey Haid graduate award upon graduation in May 2006. Since joining Hanszen Laporte in October 2006, I have successfully represented clients across over 40 counties in the State of Texas. My experience ranges from probate, wills, trusts, and estates, to representing clients in complex commercial transactions and litigation, real property transactions and litigation, entity formation, and contract drafting.
