I founded this firm and brought to it a wide-range of both legal and professional experience. I have previously been associated with several law firms, owned my own private practice, been the general counsel for a corporation, served as a municipal judge, worked as a bank loan and servicing officer and organized and served as the president of a national bank. These experiences provide unique insights into both personal and business decisions are impacted by the law.
