As a native Texan who loves all things Texas, I love helping our community with their legal matters. I travel across the state helping others and seeing this great land that I call home. I also have the wonderful experience of assisting clients that reside out-of-state, but that have legal concerns here in Texas.
It is always my goal to make this often difficult process as easy and painless for the client as possible. I give my cell phone number out to clients along with all the other methods with which they may use to contact me.
Athough I love the courtroom, I realize this is not always the best answer for my clients, so I use my skills as a licensed mediator to assist them in the negotiation process. This very often results in a settlement agreement which they are happy with becuase they had a part to play in the process.
