Mr. Mohr earned his B.A. from the University of Texas - Austin in 2003 and his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 2007 (now Texas A&M University School of Law). ÿ He established The Mohr Law Firm, PLLC immediately upon receiving his license to practice from the State Bar of Texas and has been serving clients ever since.

Mr. Mohr is licensed to practice in all Texas municipal and state courts, as well as before the District Courts for the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas, the Fifth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Nationally recognized for his legal skills, ethics and professionalism, The National Trial Lawyers named him as a Top 40 Under 40 attorneys and subsequently one of their Top 100 Trial Lawyers. San Antonio's S.A. Scene Magazine named him a San Antonio Rising Star, Best Family Law Attorney and Best Criminal Defense Attorney. Fort Worth Magazine has named him a TOP Criminal Defense Attorney in 2018, 2019 and 2020.ÿ Mr. Mohr has also been chosen as a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star.

Founding his law firm on the ideals of equality, respect, honor and pride, Mr. Mohr believes in giving back to the community. Mr. Mohr served as an Associate Member of the San Antonio Museum of Art, the Get UP Program Radio Hour, acted as a Mentor for numerous Attorneys and Students, served as a Board of Director for SACDLA and founded/directed the SACDLA Continuing Legal Education series for many years.
