About Turnstone Law Group PLLC
A friend called me A Northwest Kind of Lawyer, and I like that. Over the past 15 years, I have focused my practice on consulting with and representing individuals and business clients in a variety of matters including debtor-creditor rights, bankruptcy, receivership, foreclosure, business and real estate, estate planning and probate, family law/divorce, and related litigation and transactions. I have more than 30 years of law firm experience, including 20 years as a litigation, bankruptcy and family law paralegal prior to becoming an attorney. I am a regular speaker at legal education seminars and writer on legal topics, and have been recognized as a Rising Star by SuperLawyers in 2010 and 2016-2017 and a Super Lawyer in 2020-2022. I previously served as Chair of the WSBA Law Clerk Board and as a member of the Camp Long Advisory Council, which supports youth outdoor education, stewardship, and leadership. I enjoy helping individuals and business owners find common sense, cost-effective solutions for avoiding and recovering from financial distress, and have expanded my practice to include alternative dispute resolution services in my core practice areas. I currently volunteer as a mediator for the Mediation Center for the Pacific, where I completed advanced mediation training in 2021. In my spare time, I like to hike, climb, swim, write, and explore.
