She has obtained some pathbreaking verdicts on behalf of her clients including a $2.14 million settlement in a Cumberland explosion case and a $495,000 verdict in a vehicle collision case.
A native of Stanley, Wisconsin, Ms. Ellefsen obtained a bachelor?s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin?Eau Claire and began working as a paralegal at Guelzow Law Offices in 2009. Her work at the firm solidified her urge to cater comprehensive legal services to those in need. She then enrolled at the Mitchell Hamline School of Law to pursue her legal education. She graduated with her Juris Doctor and became authorized to practice law in Wisconsin in 2017 and later in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
When not lawyering, Ms. Ellefsen speaks and presents at several seminars on estate planning topics. She is the president-elect and the former secretary of the Eau Claire County Bar Association.
