I help families and small business gain security through estate and business planning. My estate planning services include a complimentary consultation and a customized will or trust based plan that will allow you to control who will make financial and healthcare decisions for you if you are unable, and how and when your assets are distributed to your beneficiaries. Your plan will take into account your family dynamics, your concerns about potential disagreements amongst family members and friends, and your family planning objectives. My goal is to assist clients in acheiving a smooth transition of their estates through proper planning and sound advice.
My full service offerings also include representation in legal disputes involving wills, trusts, probate, guardianships, and conservatorships. It is not always possible to avoid family disputes concerning the validity of wills and trusts, the way that a parent or loved ones assets are being distributed, and/or managing a parent or child's finances and healthcare decisions. When those disputes arise, I'll act as your legal advocate and help you resolve the matter.
My business services include advising small businesses regarding a variety of issues from start up to wind down. I handle corporate or limited liability company (LLC) formation, contract drafting, conversion, sale and wind down of businesses. I also assist with succession planning which can be part of a client's estate planning goals.
