A 1984 graduate of Florida State University, Mr. McMahon had a brief career in retail before deciding to focus on law as his profession. He then attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 1990. From the outset of his legal career, he has focused primarily on bankruptcy and he served as legal clerk to several bankruptcy judges throughout his region.
After gaining invaluable experience in this area of law, Mr. McMahon opened his own practice, where he has assisted hundreds of individual and business clients with obtaining the relief they need from their overwhelming debt.
