Besides being an attorney, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran is an entrepreneur from a family of entrepreneurs who knows what it takes to run a successful business. She draws from her own practical knowledge and 20-plus years of legal experience when counseling her business clients. Her comprehensive representation using advanced technology and constant client interaction gives her an edge over her competitors. She understands the distinction between legal and business decisions, enabling her to serve her clients well.

Ms. Diglio-Benkiran completed her Bachelor of Science in criminal justice at the Florida International University and her Juris Doctor cum laude at the Michigan State University College of Law. She was listed in the Who?s Who Among American Law Students for her outstanding achievement in the study of law. She started out as an assistant state attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. Before establishing her current firm, she worked with several law firms as a partner.

A member in good standing with The Florida Bar, Ms. Diglio-Benkiran holds memberships with organizations such as the Orange County Bar Association; The Florida Bar?s Business Law Section, The Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and the Trial Lawyers Section; and the Central Florida Real Estate Attorneys? Council. She is an authorized agent at the Old Republic Title and WFG National Title Insurance Company Inc.
