A 1977 graduate of Indiana University, Ms. Bumb returned to her alma mater and obtained her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law in 1980. She is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and both the Indiana Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. She is also an active member of the Indiana State Bar Association and the Evansville Bar Association, among her other professional affiliations.
