A family law attorney at Hoffman Walker & Knauf, Greta Hoffman Walker represents clients in northern Kentucky. Her practice areas include the following: probate, living wills and health care directives, power of attorney, wills and trusts, estate planning and probate, prenuptial agreements, paternity, child support, spousal support, custody, legal separation, high net worth divorce, uncontested divorce, collaborative divorce, mediation and adoption. With over two decades of experience, she has helped a long list of families with their legal needs during times when their lives are in upheaval.
Admitted to practice in the state of Kentucky, Ms. Walker is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. At Northern Kentucky University, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and was on the Dean?s List before attending law school at the Salmon P. Chase College of Law. In 1996, she earned her Juris Doctor and began practicing law.
Ms. Walker is a member of the Guardian Ad Litem Panel of the Children?s Law Center and is on several committees within the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. These include the Family Law Section, the Legal Technology Committee, and the Solo & Small Practice Section. She is also a member of the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission, where she has served as a board member and Vice President, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce and the Academy of Northern Kentucky Collaborative Professionals.
Throughout her career, Ms. Walker has given back to her community. She now does so through work as a board member for the Brighton Center and as a member of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.
