Helen Sfikas Rogers

Helen Sfikas Rogers is the managing and senior attorney at the law firm of Rogers, Shea & Spanos in Nashville, Tennessee. With a practice focused on family law, Ms. Rogers works with cases involving alimony and child custody issues, high-asset divorce, high-conflict divorce and more. She represents clients in Nashville and Franklin and throughout Davidson and Williamson counties.

After graduating magna cum laude from Vanderbilt University, Ms. Rogers earned her law degree from Nashville School of Law. Before joining Rogers, Shea & Spanos, she worked at several other Nashville law firms and as a solo practitioner. She also served as a judge.

Ms. Rogers is admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts, as well as before the U.S. district courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western districts of Tennessee. Ms. Rogers is a member of many professional organizations, including the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Association for Justice. She is also a member of several organizations related to alternative dispute resolution, such as the Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators, the American Arbitration Association and the Society of Professionals in Dispute Resolution.
